Corporate Finance

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for financial accounting and reporting, internal controls, budgetary control, variance analysis.
  • To plan, manage and control company cash flows to achieve efficient cash utilization.
  • Enforce financial discipline in business operations to ensure compliance with Group accounting policies.
  • To ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly management accounts.

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accountancy or Professional Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 5-7 years of working experience in related field with proven track record to lead a team of Accounts Executive / Officers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Strong Excel spreadsheet skills and hands-on experience with Accounting Software.
  • Ability to establish priorities, work within tight deadlines and handle multiple concurrent activities.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English both verbal and written.
  • Proactive and independent and details.

Group Reporting Accountant

Job Description
  • We are seeking a Group accountant to take full financial responsibility for the Group Consolidation and Reporting. Reporting to the Regional Financial Controller, you will be responsible for formulating a Group Consolidation and financial reporting and ready all the essential financial reporting information for management review.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly financial statements for the business and to consolidate the group accounts.
  • Prepare year-end financial statements for the business and to consolidate the group accounts.
  • Prepare and review monthly management accounts with budget holders, focusing on full-year forecast prediction versus budget. Identifying and managing risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare and update annual budgets, working with budget holders.
  • Continuous improvement of the new accounting system; helping to improve its effectiveness.
  • Be a strong coordinator with the budget holders, working with them to understand the business and help them understand Finance.
  • Prepare financial reports and improve the Company’s financial reporting process.
  • Evaluation and analysis monthly, Quarterly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts.
  • Manage inter-company transaction by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing interco reports.
  • Ensure that all Group financial transactions and Consolidation adjustment are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
  • Establish and implement financial reporting system (MFRS / Tax act/ Company act) to comply with government regulations and legislation.
  • Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
Requirements
  • Degree educated with an CA, CPA qualification.
  • 5+ years' post-qualification experience in a senior role with a strong financial, accounting and managerial skills.
  • Excellent reporting background - statutory/management accounts/consolidated statements.
  • Demonstrating Strong leadership skills and be able to help direct reports and cross functional teams to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deal effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

Project Admin – M&E

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain projects related documentation (correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, drawings and approval etc.).
  • Assist the project team in all aspect of project follow up such as administrative support, material handling, quotation preparation, purchase orders, delivery orders, coordination, purchasing and follow up procedure etc.
  • To carry out daily administrative & clerical support for the department.
  • Liaise and coordinate with the contractors and ensure the work progress is completed on time.
  • Provide admin support to additional business modules and complete the task within the time frame.

Requirements

M&E Engineer

Responsibilities
  • The confirmed applicant will be responsible for overall site supervision and co-ordination of building construction mainly all M & E and Architectural Works.
  • To uphold health and safety regulations that has been issued and imposed by the Company.
  • To provide the M & E coordination drawing for Consultant’s & Architect’s review and approval.
  • To conduct the M & E coordination meeting and Technical meeting in fortnightly.
  • To compile and provide all the samples, catalogues, method statements, layout details, design drawings, Operational & Manual (O & M) and As-Built drawings for Consultant’s and Architect’s review and approval.
  • Manage and coordinate the construction activities in accordance to the M&E and Architectural drawings and specifications.
  • To carry out inspection on all works carried done by the contractor in accordance to standards, specifications and consultant’s drawings.
  • To report and assist to resolve any dispute and technical queries with reference to the consultants, the Senior Manager/Directors.
  • Implementation control quality in all construction activities.
  • Attend all site meetings and tool box meeting.
  • Evaluate monthly progress claims.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma Engineering (Mechanical & Electrical) or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad knowledge will be added advantages.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering – Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent.
